WP4 – Pilot Projects in Egypt and Tunisia

The main goal of WP4 is to develop two demonstration projects, in Egypt and Tunisia, to increase the recharge of coastal aquifers contaminated by saltwater intrusion by injecting recovery wastewaters brought to the required quality levels by purification plants, to derive examples of best practice and “lessons learned” from the action and to disseminate these results within the ENPI Mediterranean region.
